Forthcoming Coach Trip To Blackpool

Following on from our previous trips to Bristol, Bath, Liverpool and Windsor, we have booked a 44 seat club class (extra leg room) coach with Johnsons. This leaves the Village Hall 10.00 am and departs Blackpool 7pm by driving along the front through the lights. A short comfort stop on the way home should have us back at Village Hall 11.00 to 11.30pm. Tickets Adult £15 each, Children £10 each.

Our Village Hall is regularly used by local groups including Under 2's, Youth Club, Simone School Of Dance, Dog Training, Craft Club, Brownies and WI. It can also be hired for private parties and other events.

Cheswick Green Residents Association

The Residents Association meets once a month in the Village Hall and aims to look after the interests of residents of the village. We also organise events including 'Party in the Park', Children's Christmas Party and various Day Trips.

Party In The Park 2010

This years Party In The Park was a great success with record numbers attending. The weather was good and the Band 'Crazy Mustang' were terrific, they performed encore after encore, really good. A BIG THANKS to all those that stayed on to help clear up. There were lots of helpers this year and we got tidied away in record time.

Problems With Graffiti, Potholes, Ect

There is a useful website called FixMyStreet that aims to get your street fixed.
Just enter your postcode, stick a pin in the map to show precisely where the problem is, type in your problem and zoom!… off it goes to the council. You can even attach a photograph of the problem. FixMyStreet lets you browse the problems currently reported in your area.

Central Connect - Signature, now operate an hourly service from Cheswick Green to Solihull via Shirley TIMETABLE.
